Bruce Prober, Esquire of Counsel

Bruce concentrates his practice on criminal defense, including felonies, misdemeanors, and white collar crimes. He spent five years at the Broward County Public Defender Office as a trial attorney handling and trying many felony cases. After leaving the Public Defender’s office in 2012, Bruce entered the private practice concentrating on what he does best – criminal law.

Early in his career Bruce realized that criminal litigation is very different from other areas of law because unlike money or property in civil cases, criminal law is about that ONE client’s life and that ONE question asked by every accused: what’s going to happen to me? It is nearly impossible to navigate alone through a turbulent ocean of the criminal case. Just like being a passenger on the ship in the middle of a storm requires an experienced captain to reach a safe harbor, an accused of a crime needs a good lawyer to navigate through a criminal matter. Bruce is that lawyer. You will never feel alone or lost for the duration of this journey.

The process of working with Bruce starts with an initial consultation where Bruce will review all documents available at that time and carefully explain to you all viable options. Next, there will be a discovery process during which Bruce will investigate your case informing you about every new development. There is no limit on the number of calls or visits. By the time your case is ready for a resolution, you will have all your questions answered and all your options considered. You will never feel uninformed or unrepresented. Bruce will be there in person defending you and fighting for your rights.
